Mr.M.Christopher Johnson is a technocrat and has got 20 years rich business experience and expertise in food industry rich and exhaustive experience in Technical and Production functions and has held senior management positions during his career before and he spearheaded major structural and strategic changes in Sales and Customer Management and set up the Noodles division. During his business M/s AVM Food Products witnessed sustained growth amidst the economic downturn and excellence in employee relations during this challenging period. His initiatives resulted in significant business growth and investments despite the turbulence and volatility faced by the region at this time. Mr.Johnson, brings with him a diverse background with solid experience around different Markets and Zones amongst others, the management and conduct with respect to the technical areas of the Company.

Noodles Recipes

Method : Take a pan and add required water and add suitable amount of salt and boil it. Add 2 teaspon of oil and Crazy Noodles. Boil it for 5 minutes. After boiled the noodles drain the water and add a cup of cold water and drain it again. Place a pan on the stove and add 4 teaspoon of oil, fry 2 onions with some vegetables or eggs. Mix 25 gms of ginger garlic paste. Cook the content. Add 2 teaspoons of oil and Crazy Taste Maker Mix with the boiled Noodles. Add coriander leaves and serve.

Roasted Vermicelli Recipes
Upma Recipe

Method : Take 2tsp oil and fry mustard Bengal gram dhal, black gram dhal, chopped onion, beans, cashewnut, chillies, curry leaves keep aside this seasonings in another plate. Now take 400 ml water and boil. Add salt to taste and crazy roasted vermicelli and cook for 5-6 minutes, now add the above prepared seasonings and mix well. Put off the flame. Now your Upma is ready.

Payasam Recipe

Method : Take 500 ml hot milk (or 250 ml, milk + 250 ml water) and add crazy roasted vermicelli and cook for 5-6 minutes, and 250 gm sugar and continue stirring. Put off flame and add ghee roasted cashews, kismis and cardamom. Now tasty payasam is ready for 10 cups.
